Ezra Notes: An interesting story behind the recording of this, when we went to mix with dave castell, we found that all the drum tracks had been corrupted and the song had been tuned up half a step somehow.

I had been listening to some of the early Beatles music in my Lexus that had a blown right speaker and realized the drums were hard panned as well as the vocals.. so we ended up using the one mic that survived on the drums, which was a overhead, and doing this panning technique. We left it tuned up half a step, because we couldn't figure out how to tune it down and we were out of money. David Castell did an amazing job on this mix.
